Most distinguished participants and esteemed guests,
It’s with great honor to welcome you all to the 10th edition of Cağaloğlu Model United Nations Conference, which will be held on 8-10 May 2026. This year, on behalf of our team, we proudly assure you that our doors are wide open to everyone, from first-timers to experienced MUN’ers seeking the perfect MUN experience from both academic and social aspects. We acknowledge that MUN is not only about debating for a couple of days, but it is also about connecting with people, gaining different perspectives on global issues, and most significantly, having the right to express yourself, which can lead to a meaningful difference.
The journey of CALMUN was a challenging one, which had its ups and downs. Despite these challenges, our academic and organization teams have almost completed all preparations for the conference and have exerted countless efforts to meet the high expectations for a better MUN. However, the true value of an MUN conference is defined by its participants. Therefore, your participation will be the final and most important part of this conference heralding summer. We are delighted to invite each individual to apply and step out of their comfort zone to create unforgettable memories, which CALMUN is all about. The dedication to excellence has always been here, in the heart of Cağaloğlu.

How to approach using Marmaray?
If you are using marmaray, you can get off at the Sirkeci Station and exit from the Cağqloğlu Exit. After walking for 8 minutes, you will reach our venue.How to approach using tram?
Hop on to the T1 tram line. Get off at the Cemberlitas Station. After a 7-minute walk, you will reach our venue.How to approach using metro?
Get on to the M2 metro line. Get off at "Vezneciler-İstanbul University" station. Walk towards the T1 tram line. Take the tram ride. Get off at Çemberitaş station. After a 7-minute walk, you will have reached our venue.How to approach using ferry?
You can take a ferry ride from Üsküdar, Kadıköy or Beşiktaş to Eminönü. After getting of at Eminönü, get on to the T1 tram line by walking for a few minutes opposite to the pier. You must get off at the Çemberlitaş station. After a 7-minute walk, you will reach our venue.
